rusted wheel well: fixed!
After a lot of swearing, welding, grinding, seam sealing and painting, the rear wheel well is finally done!
I even tried to duplicate the texture of the original coating. Along the lower edge is 1 swipe of the brush, exactly as per original as well.
All areas are painted with 2-pack Alpine white
It is definately not perfect, but good enough for another 30 years. After the first trips in the rain, the shiny paint will blend in to the existing old paint...
